Delivery by Barkers

Delivery to anywhere in the UK is £15. Unfortunately we cannot deliver outside mainland UK.
Within 50-miles we use our own vehicles and therefore deliver to the room of choice, take away all packaging and set all items up (other than bedroom furniture). If you want bedroom furniture assembling please ring up and arrange this separately. The charge is £10 per door.
If you live 50-miles or further from store we use a carrier to deliver items but generally they deliver to the room of choice. Please specify this if it is a necessity (but in certain circumstances this may extend delivery times).

All delivery times given by us are approximate. We always give delivery times in good faith but cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect loss due to any reasonable delay or delays due to unforeseen circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

Our Returns Policy

If ‘Barkers Furniture’ has delivered the Goods and the Buyer wants to cancel them then the Buyer must retain the Goods until the Buyer has received acknowledgement of the cancellation from the ‘Barkers’. The products must not be used. The Buyer is responsible for payment & arrangement of delivery of the Goods to be returned to the Sellers Address, unless otherwise agreed. The Buyer must take reasonable care to ensure that the Goods are not damaged after the request to collect the Goods has been made, they are not damaged in transit whilst being returned and they are wrapped in their original packaging. The Buyer will be held accountable by ’Barkers‘ if Goods are not returned in the state they were when delivered to the Buyer.

‘Barkers Furniture’ must be given reasonable opportunity after receiving the Buyer’s notice of defect to examine the Goods and the Buyer (if asked to do so by ‘Barkers’) returns the Goods to ‘Barkers’ warehouse (at the cost of the Seller).
