Our friendly family delivery service

Our Delivery Service:

We charge £40 for delivery up to 30 miles from our stores. For longer distances within the mainland UK please contact us for a quote.

One of the great features of our delivery service is that we take all boxes and packaging away. We operate a two man delivery service and we will deliver to your room of choice. If you order a dining table, divan bed, sofa bed, recliner sofa, recliner chair or electric power chair we will unwrap and assemble this furniture before we depart. Furthermore, we offer a cost-effective assembly service on bedsteads and wardrobes. As a rule other items do not require assembly. 

We may be able to take away old pieces of furniture that are being replaced by the new pieces you have purchased, please ask us for further information when you place your order. There is an additional charge for this service.

If you are looking for that extra service that you don't always get elsewhere, then please come and see us. We will deliver on the weekday of your choice. We can give customers a morning or afternoon delivery slot and we try to accommodate customers who need the first or last delivery slot. Our delivery drivers have worked for Barkers for many years and customers regularly comment what a great credit they are to the company and how friendly they were. Furthermore, furniture delivery is like any other occupation, experience leads to a better standard of delivery.
